The Hussar Grill Montecasino

It was an amazing evening. Cannot fault a thing. Everything was top class with amazing service. Food was great. If you want a good steak then this is the place to be. Starter and dessert out of this world. But to end off the evening we had a chocolate vodka martini which was to die for. Never tasted something so good. A must try when you there. You won't be disappointed. For an amazing dining experience this is the place to be. I will definitely recommend to my friends and we will definitely be back.

Creativity has no limits when it comes to thehussargrill in Monte Casino, Jhb. tsogosun hellojoburgmag Greeted and Welcomed by a friendly hostess, We walked in to an amazing restaurant that had a very warm ambience. As per usual, I ordered a hot chocolate and it was delicious and just the right amount of hot chocolate. The starter was Tender tubes and squid heads expertly dusted and flash-fried or grilled with chilli, garlic and parsley. The flavours were explosions of flavour with a hint of lemon and freshly ground black pepper. The main meal was on another level of extraordinary. It was the house Speciality Chateaubriand A succulent cut of fillet topped with brandy and flambéed. Served with Béarnaise sauce on the side (flavor explosion 10/10 . This was the highlight of my meal. It literally was in flames which was one of the most creative ways to serve a meal (video posted but I will Repost I will Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a great day or evening out with friends and family. It is definitely a bucket list tick off for me

A truly consistent go-to spot for quality steaks. Never dissapoints. Also love their complimentary drink.

There was a little booboo with our table, but Brian and Rita more than made up for it. We had a lovely dinner and the service was great. We even went back after the show for coffee and dessert. Thank you To the lovely staff and managers!!! We will be back for sure.

We visited Hussar Grill Monte Casino for a Birthday Dinner. A reservation was made which helped as the restaurant was packed. Service: Since upon arrival to departure we had fabulous service, friendly and very efficient waitress and staff. Was pleasant. Decor and ambiance: I really liked the warm cosy, welcoming feel of the restaurant, beautiful bar area with couple of Magnum bottles of wines and champagnes displayed and which adds to the ambiance. One can be seated inside or out ... both amazing. Drink and food: A very exciting and extensive drinks and food list with a few favorites. Started with a baked Camembert and plum sauce ... yum. Also had the Parmesan chicken breasts with mustard sauce on mash and it was so delicious.... just a bummer I had no more space for dessert! Can recommend THG for sure and would definitely return to try more dishes and dessert!
