The ambiance has a charming, whimsical vibe with its bright paint and diner-style booths, although it does feel a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the service we received from our waiter was disappointing. The restaurant wasn't very busy, yet we felt largely ignored and often had to search for our waiter, which was quite frustrating. My partner ordered the banana and bar one waffle, while I opted for the Oreo waffle. I sampled my partner’s waffle and wasn’t too impressed—it was overpowered by the nuts and didn’t really complement the waffle flavor. On the other hand, I absolutely loved my Oreo waffle; it was a true dessert delight! If you have a craving for something sweet, I would definitely recommend this place!

Given what it is, I think the R40 kids' waffle is a fantastic value for treating my stepson after school. It's located in the food court, and they kindly allowed me to enjoy a wrap from the neighboring stall while my 10-year-old savored his waffle.

The waffles here are consistently delightful. They even split your waffles for you, which is a nice touch. They're perfectly toasted and come with a generous serving of ice cream. However, the milkshakes are just average. Unfortunately, the staff are quite unfriendly and often seem inattentive to their customers.

Had the banana bar one sauce pancake with ice cream... really loved it and it's affordable, the decor and lighting is beautiful. The staff was really nice as well and it's very clean! An awesome place to hang out after a long day of shopping.

Personally think this place shouldn't be at food court but near entrance as have to go out your way to get there,friendly service and like there ice cream
