Really nice spot to grab a bite with some friends. Very reasonably priced. Service at times can be a bit slow, but the overall experience makes the food worth waiting for. The cranberry 'granita ' like drink is also really tasty and refreshing. Their pizza is my personal favourite and is what I would probably recommend. Go try it out if you 're in Hyde Park Corner! I ordered the Ortigiano pizza. They are slightly more expensive than other pizza outlets, but they are very generous with the toppings and the pizza was great.
<br/ Nice pizza variety here and a few grills. <br/ <br/ Vegan option too for the pizza which is great in this day and age, also offering the gluten free options too. <br/ The menu seems to have all the standard fare. <br/ I had a pizza, it was fine. Not outstanding, it was fine, for the price it passes. <br/ Service is decent, i think it does the job. <br/ I had a stella which tasted like it was either sucked through dirty pipes or was on its last legs. <br/ All in its an acceptable standard. No criticisms or any specifics, nothing exceptional either. <br/ Go, don't go, your life won't change. <br/
We don't have any idea of what Col'Cacchio means but if we were to guess, we would think it means: the finest thin based pizzas fired to epicurean perfection!<br/ <br/ The menu boasts a selection akin to a pizza Nirvana with every delectable combination of topping on offer. With such an appetising variety to choose from, it's highly recommended that one order the already paired half and half pizzas. Each half has been selected by the kitchen to complement the other ever so delightfully.<br/ <br/ We can't remember which halves we ordered but we can remember thoroughly enjoying them!<br/ <br/ It's the pizzas that will have us returning again but like any Italian restaurant there are pastas and an assortment of other mains on the menu. Perhaps we'll try a few of these on our next visit. And maybe, just maybe, our translation of Col'Cacchio will be tweaked again.
Came here on a Friday night for a quick bite before our movie which was starting at 20h30. We arrived at 19h50 (we were really cutting it short) and we were served immediately. The restaurant was super busy but despite this, we were impressed with the speedy service. We ordered a large pizza with 2 different toppings, one side was the Nacho Libre which is a must try and the other was the Morituri which was also pretty darn good, their base is light and crispy and the toppings were super fresh and tasty. Our food arrived within 10 minutes and we made it just in time for our movie. This is definately on my Top 5 list of best pizzas I have eaten.
