I really liked this place, it had a nice romantic atmosphere. The food was very good… i had fried pickles (they were awesome) and for dinner i had the fried chicken and let me tell u it was off the hook!!! The drinks were AMAZING. It was an unusual situation when I recently visited the restaurant. The place was hosting 2 large parties however did had 2 tables available for any walk-ins. Although service was not affected by the large parties, the noise was unbearable, the guests were having a great time but I felt that they should not have taken any more customers for that afternoon. Great neighborhood bar. The food is delicious. Not a lot of taps but always a good selection of local favorites. Love that we can always get a seat at the bar.
The fried chicken tasted amazing and they gave a generous portion as well! The price wasn’t terrible by NYC standards either. The chicken Milanese was good as well.
