Although it can get crowded with long wait times, we were able to get in and out quickly.

However, when the order arrived, there were no fr... read more I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich through DoorDash, which clearly stated that it would be served with fries. However, when the order arrived, there were no fries included. I thought this might have been a mistake on the menu, so I called Tech Cafe to inform them. Unfortunately, the response I received was far from helpful. The rude woman who answered the phone insisted that the menu didn't mention fries, despite the fact that it was clearly stated on DoorDash. I then reached out to DoorDash, and they handled the situation professionally and issued a refund. It’s a shame, as my daughter and I used to eat at Tech Cafe frequently, but given this experience, we will be looking for other options. Tech Cafe and DoorDash need to address this issue, and Tech Cafe should adopt a more professional approach in handling customer concerns.

When I raised my concerns, it felt like no one cared. This restaurant used to offer some of the best meals, and I kept hoping it would improve with each visit. The pictures I took show the food even after I tried to soak up some of the grease; when I opened the foil, it just poured out.

I miss the weekly talk with the barista/owner, who is super talkative and friendly. I'll definitely come back when I have the chance. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
