Teado Tea Shop - Broad Channel

Probably my favourite bubble tea shop in the city — especially in Chinatown (which says a lot! The tea was terrific — I don't think I've ever had a more enjoyable experience. The owner of the shop was very friendly, and gave wonderful tips as to what I should order. He provided a sample of the tea to ensure it was sweetened to my liking, and the tea was very well done. Teado lets you taste the drink to make any additional changes which is great and not something I've ever encountered. It's a bit shocking to the point where you probably wouldn't even ask for changes on your first visit, but if you come regularly, this may be a great thing to ensure consistency. They're still cautious about COVID so they only allow one customer or one party in to order. They also take a while to make drinks so if you choose to wait in line, it might take a while. This tea shop does tea unlike other places you may be used too. Allowing only one group inside their cozy shop, you are given a really personal experience to brew a tea exactly how you like it. The wait is a bit long because of that. About 3—5 minutes per person, but it is worth the wait 100
