We had a quick chat about what I was looking for and what he recommended. As someone who has recently started getting into specialty coffee, I appreciated the opportunity to speak with a knowledgeable barista who clearly enjoys what he does.I bought a bag of coffee beans from Burundi. Looking forward to trying. I'll definitely be back at some point for a longer visit considering the good service and what looked like a very nice atmosphere.

T... read more Im a student and frequent customer who likes to come here to do work often and today I walked in with an acai bowl from somewhere else but purchased a coffee. They had me leave because of the bowl within 2 minutes of me sitting down but I purchased a coffee just so that I could sit. I'm upset about this experience and will not be returning.

I ordered a double espresso over ice with a bit of simple syrup to cut the bitterness/acidity and wow...he gave me quite possibly one of the best double espressos I've ever had. He shook it to fully incorporate the simple syrup which was brilliant. I used to order iced shaken espressos before, but it's really hard to get the velvety, foamy texture and ratio to milk right and you usually just wind up w an iced latte (also good, but different). So props to him!Will definitely be back.
