Feedback
I hate to write this, but I have to share my experience. The flavors of the food were great, but the order fulfillment and portion sizes left much to be desired. I ordered the jerk chicken, which was excellent, but the portion was incredibly small. After placing my order, I received a call informing me that the two sides I had chosen were unavailable, and I had to select different options that I didn't particularly want. It took over an hour to receive my order, which included the jerk chicken, mac and cheese, and yams. The mac and cheese was decent, but the yams had a mushy consistency more like baby food and only tasted of brown sugar—it was reminiscent of pie filling. I don't like to criticize places, but when I called to inquire about my delayed order, the woman on the phone seemed more interested in getting me off the line than addressing my concerns.
