What John A doesn't like about Saiguette:
They only do take out you have to order through “toast” service. I gave 20 minutes despite Toast saying it would be ready for pick-up in 10 minutes. Well, I've been standing here for 30 more minutes making it nearly 50 minutes after my order the food is not ready. I'm not doing this ever again. I used to like this place but they lost me today. A neighborhood staple! i was SO excited when they reopened, very relieved to not have lost them during the pandemic

Saiguette has been fueling me with the absolute BEST shrimp and garlic chive dumplings, laksa soup, bun, and banh mi for years, and now finally after stopping delivery due to COVID they’re back to delivering only thru Uber eats. Thank god. I nearly teared up when I ordered them for the first (again) time. The bubble tea is a win too. Always fast and so fresh and flavorful!
This is my favorite, banh mi, in New York. I always get the lemon grass chicken.
