Hands down the best bowl of ramen in my life — tried the spicy mushroom tofu (my first vegan ramen) and I’m a convert, one does not need meat at all for ramen after this bowl of perfected genius! Very impressed. View all feedback.
Best light-flavor ramen in town! New Tokyo style Shoyu ramen is my favorite, and with the truffle paste adding, bringing you a magical moment. I love the chashu, which comes with a grilledl taste. The soft boiled egg is good too. But I still expect they will have pan-fry gyoza instead of the soup one they currently offer. For those who can't bare the richness of the broth like totto or Tonkotsu style, Ramen Ishida is your redemption.
The spicy pork ramen was so yummy. The noodles had a nice chewy texture. The fried chicken, cucumber, and pork bun appetizers were all also really good. The lychee cocktail drinks were light and refreshing. Friendly staff. Great experience all around.
Originally planned on going to Pig Butter, but they were packed so walked a few doors away and found Ramen Ishida. What a great find! The weather, which was rainy/snowing/sleeting cold, was perfect for a hot bowl of ramen and the food totally delivered. We started with the pork buns and it was DELICIOUS!!! One of the best clean but flavorful ramen broths I've had. I ordered the classic shio ramen and the chicken was so tender. It could use a bit more toppings though for the price, but overall would try again.
