Was User at Pretzelmaker a mag?
Yummy, fresh pretzels. Quite a bit of butter on them. As far as I know, there?s one of these on each floor except for the concourse level. 4.25 for the basic salted pretzel. There?s a seating area on the 2nd and 3rd floor locations where you canenjoy your pretzel with a lemonade. View all feedback.

What User dislikes about Pretzelmaker:
Pretzelmaker does not provide drink refills, and the customer service is lacking. The cashier appeared uninterested and barely engaged with my inquiries. Although the pretzels were passable, the presence of too many flies around the food was quite unappetizing. View all feedback.

Why did you change the cheese?! I’m giving two stars because the pretzels are still good. The dipping cheese used to be perfect, but the last two times I tried it, it was disappointing. At first, I thought I just got a bad batch, but unfortunately, it seems they’ve changed it. It has a strange aftertaste, almost like it’s going bad, and the color is more orange than yellow... just gross. I’m not sure if all the locations in the mall switched the cheese, but the one I go to is next to the cheesecake shop.

While I’m glad to see this place reopening, I must say that they sell stale pretzels that are often days old. This has happened to us multiple times. I would recommend not purchasing them!

Their pretzels are better than Auntie Ann's and more affordable. A salted pretzel with cheese sauce costs just $5.

Not good, auntie anne way better. Pretzel was kinda dry

Delicious, freshly baked pretzels with a generous amount of butter. To my knowledge, there’s a Pretzelmaker on every floor except the concourse level. The classic salted pretzel costs about $4.25. The locations on the 2nd and 3rd floors offer seating areas where you can enjoy your pretzel alongside a refreshing lemonade.
