You can smell the segregation in there drinks, the yt male bartenders made everything uncomfortable every time I come here, and I try to come here a lot, but thank god a black friendly bar opened up down the block. Phil’s is a racist sundown kinda bar, avoid View all feedback.

Phil's is a great small bar that has a very genuine feel. The food is never bad, it's always fun and unique. We have become regulars because the prices are not bad and mostly because the staff puts effort into everything they do. Its a great place for a fun drink and meal.
They have Ithica Flower Power and shot special for $10. Always hits the spot.
