From the moment you walk into the restaurant, you know you are going to have a great experience. The hostess was sure polite and friendly. She knew it was a birthday celebration and wished me a happy birthday. The service by waitstaff, CeeCee, was excellent. Peter Dones, General Manager, came over and introduced himself. What User doesn't like about Morton's The Steakhouse:
Morton has lost its high end touch over the years, steaks are still good, price are still high... but menu ia not as attractive... looks more like any other steakhouse... the Soufle not being offered as a desert anymore is a good example.. they are taking the easy route, service is also average.. Today, I was Delightfully Surprised, for My Birthday Morton 's Steakhouse, 5th Ave 45th St Location, by My Sister; Ty...I had The Tomahawk Steak~Well Done [Of Course] with a Side of String Beans sautéed in Butter Salt Pepper, My Server April, Was 'EXCELLENT '...She gave Us Top Tier Service Was Extremely, on Her A~GAME, Beautiful Person, Both inside Out, Wonderful Personality When I do come back, I will Definitely, Request, to be seated, In Her Section...??
Had better and more quality filet mignon cuts…Wine was average.
I had the best service and food I could expect from this restaurant. The price is also expensive.
Morton's was absolutely amazing as always. The prime rib was spot on and melt like butter. The cocktails and mocktails were absolutely divine. We had a wonderful time and the service was awesome as expected.
I celebrated my graduation here and I was so impressed by their hospitality and warmth! Truly a great experience and love the added keepsake touches (diploma menu, photo, and grad dessert ! I was able to celebrate an intimate dinner with my parents and would do it again! Highly recommend to celebrate any celebrations here! :
