The food has gotten much better as they've been open longer. I've been a big fan for awhile and started with their spot in Manhattan, so I was extremely excited when they opened this location close to home. Definitely a must have if you're in the area. Their Mac and cheese and Burnt Ends ...mmmm mmmm mmmm View all feedback.
What Brittany B doesn't like about Mighty Quinn's Barbeque:
We went to Mighty Quinn?s for the first time today and tried the lunch special. We came about an hour after opening and they were out of Mac Cheese. The other available sides looked dried out. Despite being cheaper than the other sides, French fries are not part of the lunch special. The bun on my sandwich was cold and the meat had some sort of artificial flavor. I?ve had a better pulled pork sandwich from a food tru... View all feedback.
The queens blvd locations is 4/5! This location is much better than the one in Union Square. Ordered delivery from here twice already and they follow your instructions and make sure every item is in the bag. They check this off in the receipt. Great team here! The one neat Union Square is 3/5; Inconsistent is the right word. Sometimes it's great, A+. And sometimes it's downright an F. You take your chances. Order a family meal with some extra sides and THEY FORGOT MAC AND CHEESE and sweet potatoes. I live a 45 min away and I wished I had checked. Disappointed. The brisket was a bit this time so we're the burnt ends. Very inconsistent. You roll the dice everytime you order. But overall it's pretty great BBQ. Not as good as hometown BBQ. But pretty good when they get it right.
Smells amazing and food is tender and delicious. Had the Mac and cheese fritters and crispy chicken bowl, very quaint and not bad for a drink either.
Mighty Quinn's food is absolutely amazing. And the customer service is 16/10. An item I ordered last time was out of stock and they went above and beyond to offer me a replacement. The worker that called me was so polite and the food is always ready on time. I don't know why I didn't try this restaurant earlier!
I have to have more than one meal on a place before I give it five stars, but do a close to breaking out wheel. We had ribs, single order, mac and cheese, pilsner, and some cornbread. My only issue was that I didn't think the food was hot enough at his temperature wise hot enough. But it was tasty. Physically the place is extremely attractive, although we're here on a Sunday and where the first people couple to come in. No one else was here at that time. Since then, two other pairs of people have come in one with those small child. Of course the small child was raving making lots of googly noises over their mac and cheese. Have to try some of the other stuff so we have to come back. Overall a nice visit while we're on our way to visit trader Joe's newly opened down the street.
