Great staff, cocktails and views — cloud permitting!

I am in looove with this place. Everything was amazing, from the service to the food being dropped to my table. Captain Rob and server Cat/Kat was superb she knows how to spiel. My only complaint is that shrinkflation is definitely real and wish the portions were bigger for the price, but I ended up ordering different things, which left me satisfied. I should start by saying that Manhatta obviously has a great view and is (in my opinion was) a great place to have a cocktail and/or eat. With that being said, once COVID hit, Manhatta closed entirely for probably two years, voluntarily, for “our safety.” I feel like they still have that COVID vibe going as it is difficult to drop by for a drink.
