Contribute Feedback What Matt I likes about Läderach:
My mom is European and I grew up on European chocolate. Opa used to send 50lbs boxes every winter. This is some of the best chocolate we have ever had and definitely the best in the last decade or so. View all feedback.
What Shyenne MacDonald doesn't like about Läderach:
Love the FrischSchoggi here. Been to this location twice within a month and both times the customer service sucked. No smiles on their faces and very passive in helping out. I’m Asian and I felt like I was being discriminated. Will prob be ordering online instead when I finish the current batch. View all feedback.

UPDATED:Läderach has sent me the correct items thank you.The chocolate is very good (not as good as Sprüngli but still good quality). Unfortunately the customer service is very poor. I paid for everything at the counter and they forgot to put $30 of the chocolate bark (Frischschöggi) in my bag. I called and got no response. I emailed and eventually was told they would ship it to me. They shipped the wrong product. I emailed them the correct product and they shipped the wrong product again. Does not run like Swiss clockwork!
Amazing chocolate but way too expensive and not much different than a good chocolate in the supermarket
The chocolate is good (but where isn't? the presentation is good as well.Customer experience was poor as for 4 mini packs of chocolates $168 the staff refused to charm it as a gift because the quantity was small, and they said that only wrap larger packs.it's demeaning and anti-business at the same time.By the way the value for money is not there
Look no further! The pink chocolate is amazing but really everything has its own tastes. Yes it 's a little expensive but if you 're a chocolate lover you MUST try. You can buy small pieces of chocolate/truffles or bark or sticks or stacks. It 's a wonderland. I brought this chocolate overseas and it was a HIT. It 's a great Mother 's Day type gift or any kind of gift. I wish they would make shakes the way Godiva does hah!
