The cleanliness of the restaurant left much to be desired, which detracted from the dining experience. Although the staff always tried hard, I was harassed by many homeless people during the meal, which significantly disturbed the atmosphere.It would be desirable if the management of the restaurant could pay more attention to cleanliness in order to create a more pleasant environment for guests. Consideration should also be given to how to protect guests from harassment to improve the overall experience.I hope these suggestions will help make future visits to KFC in Harlem more enjoyable for all guests.

There are many problems with this place, the smell of the store and grease from the food. the smell was absolutely putrid. reminded me of the canada wild fire s... read more There are many problems with this place, the smell of the store and grease from the food. the smell was absolutely putrid. reminded me of the canada wild fire smoke. now with the food.. not only did it taste like i was eating cardboard, the grease was so bad it slipped out of my hand. ruined my clothes too, that chicken was the absolute worse i've ever had. i can get better chicken at a crackhead cookout using rat feces as fuel. it wasn't even just the chicken, the fries was just pure oil and so were the mashed potatoes?? how does that even happen come on now man. do me a favor and turn this into a pinkberry spot.
