I can't find the words to describe how amazing the food is here! I wanted to take a picture, but I just couldn't put down my fork long enough to do it. This restaurant is an absolute gem, and it's not just because of the incredible food. Mr. Johnson is hands down the best business owner I've ever met. His warmth and hospitality are what truly set this place apart. I can see why this spot has been a beloved staple in the Bronx for so long, and I'm already excited to come back!
The food is always great! The mustard sauce pairs perfectly with the ribs and chicken.
Great food, great people, great value. Mr. Dwayne Johnson (of the second Johnson BBQ generation) was extremely welcoming. We got the rib dinner and chicken dinner and it was delicious.
