Jin Ramen - Broad Channel

I ordered the Pork Katsu Curry Donburi, Chicken Teriyaki Donburi, and a side of Karage. The curry was fantastic—perfectly flavored and with a great consistency, reminiscent of the old Lemon Life to those who remember it! The Karage was also quite good; it was tender and the accompanying sauce really enhanced the flavor of the chicken, though it did have a bit of a spicy kick. However, the Chicken Teriyaki is where the meal fell short. The chicken was slightly chewy and, unfortunately, there wasn't enough teriyaki sauce—it seemed more like the chicken was simply marinated rather than sauced. On a positive note, the vegetables that came with it were fresh. If you add an extra side of curry, it’s definitely worth it!

This was honestly the best ramen I've ever tasted, whether delivered or not! The Tonkatsu broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were perfect. All the toppings were fresh and delicious, and the portion size was enormous! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I absolutely love Jin Ramen! They serve the BEST pork chashu—it’s consistently tender and juicy. I also enjoy their handmade noodles and the rich pork bone broth!
