What Timothy Burkhalter doesn't like about Jimbo's Hamburger Palace:
The delivery man was not accommodating. He didn't want to bring the food to my front door. I live on the 4th floor with 2 working elevators. It's very funny how these delivery people expect tips and good star ratings when they don't provide full service. These simple rudimentary policies need to be enforced. View all feedback.

The food delivery, and taste… my only complaint is that the last 2 times I got egg shells with my egg sandwich. 5 outta 10 I'll buy again.
