My fiance, whose been to Defonte's many times, took me today for the first time. I had the small roast pork with provolone and hot salad(spicy pickled veggies). He had a small sausage and peppers with mozzarella. It was so good that I ate the entire sandwich in one sitting. Good size, taste and options. Only spot to hit when in Red Hook. Roast pork is the way to go
