The alcapurrias were soggy and required dipping sauce to be enjoyable; I typically don’t use dipping sauce with alcapurrias, but I felt it necessary today. The empanadillas were just okay—nothing to write home about. The rice and beans tasted good, but the portion of rice was lacking; there was far more beans than rice. I was hoping to find some great authentic Puerto Rican food nearby, but unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations.

I came here on a Tuesday night and it was empty but I liked it like that! Music was great and everything was great. I loved their food and their white sangria! I can’t wait to go back to try more of their dishes and go on a weekend when I can party with the regulars!
