Chow House - Broad Channel

I’m a big fan of Chow House. If you want something a little more serious than your typical Chinese takeout order but with the same classic dishes and no-frills style, Chow House is right up your alley. What a deal! The lunch special is one of the few $10 non-takeout remaining in Manhattan, and for that you get a well-portioned, authentic Szechuan dish with a soup!

Loved this place. Ordered via DoorDash and I was so hungry that I didn’t care to snap pictures for this review. Lol I ordered the General Tso’s chicken, friend rice, hot and sour soup. Everything was very good. The portions are enough for one hungry person or two people who are not that hungry. Recommend it!

Such a great restaurant! Delicious food — great helpful service. Staff was courteous and the service was great, the food came out hot and fast. One of the best Sichuan restaurants in the city. The spicy crispy shrimp was my favorite and the fried rice was so good. Highly recommend Chow House. Can’t wait to be back!

The food was good, and the service was exceptional! The workers have excellent customer service and answer any questions you have about food options or spice level. I will be back!
