The chicken is unappetizing, and there are only three pieces of lettuce in my bowl. The quality of the food and the service is incredibly disappointing.

The pickled onions are a favorite, and the sauces—particularly the lemon herb tahini and spicy harissa—are outstanding. The chips were absolutely delicious!

From the moment we walked in, Neneh welcomed us with the warmest smile and genuine kindness that instantly made us feel at home. Her energy is infectious, and you can tell she truly cares about every guest she serves. She took the time to walk us through the menu with patience and enthusiasm, made wonderful suggestions, and treated us like we were regulars — even though it was our first time. Her attention to detail and customer service was unmatched, and it made our whole dining experience so much more enjoyable. Neneh brings heart, joy, and a personal touch that you just don’t find everywhere. CAVA is incredibly lucky to have her on the team!
