Café Alice - Broad Channel

Good bagels and breakfast wraps. Traffic flow is not well managed. Very fresh fruit. Convenient location. Reasonable prices. Would go back.Vegetarian options: Good options.Kid-friendliness: No kids menu.

A bit overpriced for little toppings (this apple turkey sandwich was $9.25).calm ambience inside.the asian menu was not available at the time of my walk-in (open at a specific time).

We found this cafe really confusing to navigate. There were different menus over different parts of the counters and it wasn't clear where to order what from etc. No staff member offered us help either. The food was ok, but we had much better elsewhere. There were mosquitos around our feet and we could see how filthy it was behind the counter from where we were sitting too. Wouldn't return.

Avoid this place permanently, there's better cafes with quality food and welcoming personalities, worse case got to gregory on 46th and the café next door better food and service. There is a condescending attitude with a few of the staff. First incident from the cook very trashy demeanor- just adding toppings to my omelet rushing me and being rude, it was not busy at all that morning. another occasion they told me to buy before I start up my computer and even when i said yes. the supervisor still stood there arguing to rush me as i told her yes i will buy just needed to plug my computer. The audacity to still stand there being rude says a lot about the mindset of the team. Very disqusting and disappointing group. I ended up leaving due to the lack of welcome and prejudice.

Okay for a quick breakfast, but you order at a counter, wait for pickup and pay down the line. Coffee is self service.
