Titanium Lunchbox 1 - Britt
Titanium Lunchbox 1
Description
At this restaurant, diners experience a mixed bag of culinary delights and disappointments. While some rave about the exceptional service and delicious dishes like the pork tenderloin sandwich and Reuben, others bemoan the poor quality of items like the Philly wrap, described as inedible and lacking meat. Service levels also seem inconsistent, with some guests encountering impatient staff and long waits. Despite a charming atmosphere that includes nostalgic decor, the disconnect between quality food and customer service leaves many questioning whether a return visit is worth it. Overall, this establishment has potential but needs to address significant concerns.

This restaurant has the best pizza! I also love their wraps and daily lunch specials. The food is always amazing. If you're in town, you have to stop by!
The service at this restaurant is exceptional, provided by wonderful staff members! We are fortunate to have them in Britt, and they will soon be opening a location in Kanawha as well.
The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. We went in with our kids to get some shakes and smoothies, but there was nobody else dining in. There was only one person who had just placed a to-go order before us. The man at the counter seemed annoyed when I asked about the ice cream and smoothie options. We hadn't been there for long before he started getting impatient with us. One of our kids was having trouble deciding what to order, and the man became even more irritated. I quickly made a choice for them, which caused a scene. He told me we could change the order, and we did after the crying stopped. The person in the kitchen just watched us without offering any help. Despite the cute decor of the restaurant, we have never tried their food because the terrible service is enough to make us not want to return.
Ordered a Philly wrap, asked for the gluten free wrap. I was willing to pay the 2 dollar up charge, and when the food came out it was inedible, the wrap tasted like raw dough and so I pushed it aside and was going to eat the Philly steak and fixings like a salad. However, there was little to no steak in this wrap, it was lettuce and mushrooms and onion. So I asked the waitress if she could take it off the bill. She went and got the boss and he told me I keep gluten free on hand as a courtesy, . I told him it wasn 't good and he says it is what it is , and walked away. So I ended up paying for a gross wrap I didn 't eat any of. 100% would not recommend.
