The best Vietnamese food around! There are so many delicious options to choose from. My favorites include the fresh garden rolls, grilled pork patties, clay pot clams, soft-shell crabs, and grilled baby back ribs—so full of flavor! I also love the Hanoi-style shrimp cakes, vermicelli patties, shrimp and crab udon noodle soup, and shaky beef salad, just to name a few! Now I'm feeling hungry! View all feedback.
What Grace doesn't like about Viet Flavor:
This place is a rip off! $16 for lunch special? Its much more pricier than dinner price lol.Dont be fooled by these people.I dont recommend this restaurant at all. There are much better cuisines out there for a lower and more honest price. View all feedback.
The pho is decent enough if you don’t want to drive all the way to Manassas for better options. However, I recommend opting for takeout to avoid the extremely rude service. My friends and I visited for lunch on a Friday when the restaurant was empty. It took a long time for the waiter to take our orders, so we had to call him over. When he finally arrived, he reprimanded us for talking too much and suggested that we should order first and chat later. We hadn’t seen each other in ages, so we were chatting a lot, but we weren’t being loud, and the absence of other customers meant we weren’t disturbing anyone. Though we tried to laugh it off, we felt uncomfortable and won’t be returning. It seemed like he assumed that, because we are all women and look young, he had the right to speak to us in that condescending manner. As much as I want to support local businesses, this one does not warrant my support.
BEWARE. ROACHES sited at our booth while we ate. Ew... Not an appetizing experience. It was ok. A friend and I dined here for lunch. The vegetarian dishes we chose were tasty and fresh, vermicelli noodles, and tofu and spring rolls, the portions adequate. The food was served on black plastic plates that weren't appetizing at all. The restaurant did have real silverware. Mid-meal a large cockroach crawled up on the banquette vinyl back. We shooed it away from us. It happened again, a smaller one coming very close to my companion's shoulder on the vinyl back of the banquette. Ew. Not what you want to see when eating a meal, especially at at a restaurant. We had already finished most of our meal, otherwise we would have left. The roaches were a turn off! A real appetite suppressant! We did inform the gentleman who waited on us. He shrugged his shoulders but did not offer an apology. We were left to assume that roach sightings while dining here is a regular occurrence. Ew. Though the food was good, we were under impressed with the plastic serve ware, the roaches the lack of response by the owner/server. We won't be back. We urge caution if you decide to try this place out like we did. It had some good reviews and that's why we chose to try it. Bon Appetit!
Nice quiet place. Dont come hungry. I had the grill meats with vermicelli noodles. It was not what I expected. There were 3 small shrimp, 3 hard thinly slices of beef and pork. I would not come again.
We've eaten here for years and they do have excellent quality food. However since the pandemic they've shrunk their portion sizes for dinner and lunch and raised their prices, especially for lunch. I am sincerely glad they have survived throughout these past few years but until they fix those two items, we won't be ordering any more food. A dinner for 4 was astronomically expensive and we didn't get much food. I'd go back if they eventually adjust to their prior portion sizes but my guess is they will not.
I love some Vietnamese food. But the prices are very expensive here and portions are tiny.
