We went there last night for the first time and had a great meal and experience. I hit the jackpot because they had Kostritzer Schwarzbier on tap. Our server Jaclyn was a delight and a true professional, she couldn’t have been nicer to us. Will definitely return!

This has been our 'go to ' German restaurant for a number of years now and I continually brag about it to anybody who will listen. If you want great German food, a good selection of beer and fair prices, this is a home run

Great food, great beer. Love the Biersteiner schnitzel (a cutlet for the uninitiated). Best beer selection in the Delaware Valley.

The girl on the phone just told me they're not taking reservations for the weekend. Then it was they're sold out of reservations for the entire weekend. Didn't ask how many or for what time or day. Also pretty impressive when I called a half hour after they opened for the week. Sounds like a staffing and training issue. Will avoid and visit one of the many other restaurants that don't have awkward teenagers trying to run a restaurant.

Need to specify where happy hours at is it only the bar? Or is it the whole bar area? Newportville that is what I was reviewing.
