Came in for a couple after a busy day and as always Kayla was very helpful and friendly and quick with a smile. Which helps to make this the best Spoon's in Bristol. Jordan and a new member of staff called Ella were also very friendly View all feedback.

The restaurant staff were extremely impolite, they slammed the food on the table without saying a word. They never checked in to see how our meal was and all the food was overcooked. I would not recommend this place. View all feedback.
Reasonably tidy 'spoons with pleasant outside area considering it is on the main road. Public car park nearby.
It's a Wetherspoons so don't expect anything fancy. It's a great pub with drinks at very good prices and the food is pretty good too. As with all these places, staffing is always an issue but, be patient it's well worth it. Being in the middle of Hanham, it's well placed and is very popular.

Felt sorry for staff. One girl trying to cope on her own. She had to get back behind the bar when we needed serving then couldn't stop serving to get the coffee machine refilled when it stopped working. Otherwise all good..
