Ordered online on their website with hour delivery time. Shortly after received email saying there was minutes delay. After waiting hour minutes I rang to cancel and request a refund to be told there was no order. Finally “found” the order...and hung up. Rang back to get a refund eventually told a party company was dealing with the refund and they had no control over the length of time it would take. Result hours after ordering no refund and family having soup for tea. Never again.

I have never had a bad order from these guys, late yes but always hot, I don't mind that for quality food! The mixed tapas is amazing and I always order that plus their curry sauce and a few other things like the pancake rolls...and salt pepper chicken wings... Best Chinese food in Bristol

Ordered from this place times previously haven’t had an issue, food quality was good! My latest experience was just a shambles! The chef/ driver was very rude, paid for some food which was not at a satisfactory standard rang to ask for them...to fix the order! A lady had agreed to send the food out and collect old food! Then get a call half hour later roughly from the Chef/Driver being very rude and confrontational saying that we are lying to get free food! When the food itself was terrible! He came and retrieved the food but our food never came! And haven’t had a refund! don’t recommend for anyone to go here

Ordered a takeaway from here and the chicken was delicious, got to us quickly on Uber eats! Thanks all at taste of orient

Thought I’d branch out from my relatively expensive local Chinese takeaway. Big mistake. This was a poor alternative and I won’t be ordering from here again.
