Dragon Fountain - Bristol, City of

I have been coming to this restaurant with my family since I was a child. However, my recent experiences since the new owners took over have been very disappointing. The owner seems disgusted every time we ask for something and even laughed at me when I inquired about my order. She was very disrespectful and rude. Unfortunately, my family will not be returning to this restaurant.

The prices were good and the food was hit or miss. The brisket was cooked perfectly, but the chow mein lacked flavor.

The experience at this restaurant was disappointing from the start. When I arrived to pick up my food, I was informed that I had to spend £12 for prawn crackers, and my order was just under that amount. I tried to pay the difference, but was told I couldn't because I had already paid in advance and couldn't use my card again for a small amount. The food itself was bland, lukewarm, and unremarkable. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant and choosing a different place where the service and food are sure to be better than at this subpar establishment.

I ordered a takeaway from this place a few times before. It's not bad but it's not amazing either. Catered for a vegan so that's a plus.

Ordered for the first time tonight. Impressed with the value for money, and the food was very good. As we spent over £25 we also got free drink prawn crackers. Will definitely use them again. Cashew chicken has SOOO many nuts in it yummy
