The staff at this restaurant were very rude and did not understand English well enough to make the drink I requested. I asked for a flat white, but was given a latte instead. As someone who works as a barista, I tried to explain the difference to them, but they did not understand. They then attempted to add more milk to the latte they had already given me. A good local cafe serving a variety of snacks, light meals, cakes, teas and coffees. Vegetarian options but not much for vegans. Tables indoors and on the pavement, and a clean unisex toilet. Good central location to observe life in Henleaze. Prices reasonable.
Always love going here, definitely recommend the Chicken and Pesto jacket potato!

Owner was rude with bad customer service skills! Food wasn’t great had to send one dish back the rest was average at best such a shame! Went away feeling ripped off !
Nice staff but soup was so watery I couldn't eat it. Friendly environment.
