Dewolf Tavern - Bristol

It was a very pleasant experience for both myself and my husband. Would go back again when it is not restraunt week

I came here a few months ago and was very pleased. However, this time I was very disappointed. I ordered the same meal and was very displeased. The food was lukewarm and service was just ok. I will not be returning

I love coming to the DeWolf Tavern, particularly during restaurant week. You get to sample foods that you might not ordinarily choose. The Tandoori Chicken was wonderful as was the butternut squash soup. I have to say our waiter, Mike, was stupendous. He was beyond accommodating and our group enjoyed a lot of laughs with him. Great, great place for food and atmosphere

I eat often at DeWolf Tavern as I know the food is delicious on a somewhat unusual menu. Because it is located in the heart of Bristol, RI, on the waterfront, it's a great place to take visitors who want to enjoy the sights of an historic New England shipping town dating from the late The restaurant is upscale without being too expensive. It's fairly large, so often there is seating without reservations; nevertheless, the ambience is warm and intimate. If it's fall and turning cold or it's winter try to reserve a table near the fireplace
