Pal's Sudden Service - Bristol

This location SUCKS!! The food was cold! And I had onions on top of my bun?! It’s supposed to go on the burger and it wasn’t just one burger like this.. the sauce burger didn’t even habe sauce on it as well and got two large fries and they both was stale and cold! Got a chocolate shake too and it wasn’t even chocolate tasted like they put a little chocolate in it and the rest was straight vanilla, I don’t even complain but this location needs to do better! (Also to not it wasn’t like it was busy we was the first and only car in line)

I frequent this Pal’s because it’s close to where I work. It’s the only Pal’s I’ve ever been to that’s messed up my order on multiple occasions. And the only Pal’s that’s ever given me cold food before. Thought it was just a fluke, a few times thing. But it’s seeming to be a common occurrence. This past time my order was messed up I opted to get my money back. It ain’t worth the hassle anymore. Otherwise, it’s an ’okay’ Pal’s.

Didn't cook my fries well dun as per my request, but JC ETSU replaced!

May this little spot with a big taste never die!! It's the best fast food franchise ever!
