Wendy's - Bristol

I always loved eating Wendy's. This time I only got a Jr. Cheeseburger and a shake. I wish I had Pommes. I guess I was hungry when I thought or I just believed. I went back the next day and got my pommes and another shake. Customer service was great and they brought me my food quickly. Wait! Thank you. Wendy's!

We went here for dinner (06/20) on the way north of GA after seven hours! Although we were disappointed that the dining area was locked, (we had to stretch out our legs) we realized that only three people were working at this point, so we totally understood why. (closed food) But although it was awhile to get our food, this was the best FAST FOOD BURGER WE HAVE HAD IN AN AMAZINGLY LONG TIME!!!! The burger looked like his photo! It tastes amazing! The vegetables were fresh and perfectly assembled! The burger had a real recognizable patty! Not like the usual at FF sites where the look like it was sat by one and or mounted by someone without eyes. We were really impressed! Thanks to the whole team here. You all deserve an increase!! Thumb P.s. Frosty's were also evil. Beautiful, thick and tastes like ice cream

I often come here because I love the spicy chicken nuggets and bacon potatoes! Everyone is always super friendly and very fast!

This used to be my favorite Wendys, but lately I have grown to reject it. Every visit confuses our orders, but this last one was the worst. At first our order was not so hard. 2 jr bacon cheeseburger one can only get ketchup. They gave us one with a burger and ketchup, one with salad and tomatoes only. Not even close to what we ordered. They brought us the wrong drinks, but they repaired it. And one of the baked potatoes we order, I asked for extra sour cream and his good thing because they did not give me the sour cream or butter first. And in addition, they did not give us our receipt so that we did not even worry about going through the ride again. We just left. Very disappointed with the service provided.

Crazy enough that we at Wendy's yesterday and today (2 different locations), no one could get my order for the first time through the ride. My seven years. Old says I could do that right! Check your bag!
