The restaurant's popularity seems to be affecting its service, and the nearby options are limited. Our server misplaced my partner's order and never returned. By the time we managed to flag someone down, everyone else was already ready to eat. We ordered soup and clam chowder for a quick bite, but there wasn't a single clam in the chowder. We visited this restaurant a few days ago, and I was disappointed with the bland and unseasoned food, especially considering the high prices. When I was in Maine, I expected the restaurant to understand the difference between lobster bisque and lobster in butter. We ordered the lobster bisque special, but instead received lobster in butter, completely missing the flavorful soup that is lobster bisque. I feel this was misleading advertising. The wings and sandwich were just mediocre, but the only decent dish was my daughter's macaroni and cheese. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place!
This was my second dinner under the new ownership, and it was excellent. Everything was cooked to perfection, the portion sizes were generous, and there was a wonderful variety on the menu.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot for families and motorcycle enthusiasts alike. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the food was excellent! I will definitely be returning.
The food was amazing! My son has a dairy allergy, and the waitress was incredibly helpful in finding a dish that was just right for him. Thank you!
Great ambiance, staff, and very clean. Draft beers were great. Haddock sandwich was okay. Would still go back again for ambiance and to try something different.
