We are from New York and visit relatives of the Bristol region once a year. We have two little guys and they're LIEBE going to Sweet Frog. What Sachiko Tanabe doesn't like about Sweet Frog Bristol:
Froyo is great; customer service needs some work. I was not greeted when entering the store nor when I approached the register. The girl at the register didn?t speak except to give me my total. I had to ask her to enter my phone number to receive my loyalty member benefits. The other associate in the store was cleaning the entire time I was there, and the store was very clean. Sweet Frog is THE best fro-yo! ALWAYS clean and fresh products! My vehicle automatically seems to go there whenever it senses a Sweet Frog... lol! I could eat there everyday if possible. They have the most amazing flavors and toppings that you could imagine. I love to serve myself to get exactly what I want... usually end up with a $10 cup of fro-yo!!! But definitely worth it!
Great frozen yogurt. Very clean and well stocked. Owner and staff are friendly. Clean restrooms. Really like the place
