What Maggie Milhorne doesn't like about Saladworks:
Food was good. Left out two items from our order and had to make two trips back in. My sister decided to go in and order something else when she over heard the staff talking bad about me coming back in to get the items they left out of my order. Very unprofessional staff. View all feedback.
Food was great and the salads were huge!Unfortunately my visit was ruined by their assistant manager. She was extremely rude when I asked about swapping some of the toppings out for a different item. She seemed offended that I asked. It was very clear that she was having a bad day and she took that out on me. After she made my food I asked the young lady at the cash register what the manager's name was. The manager overheard me asking and this ticked her off even more as she came right over and looked as if she was going to slap me and said I am Assistant Manager! Do you have a problem?!! I was shocked! I told her that I hope her day got better.I did not want to write this poor review on Google. However I went on the saladworks website and wrote about how horrible this assistant manager treated me and never heard anything back. I wrote to them exactly 2 weeks ago today. I will not be back as I don't ever want to encounter the disgruntled employee again.
Every time I’ve been here, the food has been consistently good. I love the Buffalo chicken panini and I usually build my own salad with a pick two. The whole reason I decided to write the review today was because of one particular employee. She has an alternative style and usually has some sort of cool color in her hair, and every single time I’ve come in, she’s always given me some sort of compliment. Today it was on my hair, I think another day it was my lipstick. It really brightens my day and she is so kind! Kindness should be recognized and people should know it’s appreciated. I was going to ask her name, but it’s gotten busy and she is hard at work with her team.
Great variety of salads or choose to make your own. Salads are definitely big enough for a hearty appetite but would be nice they had a smaller size for the the part of my crew with lighter appetites. 3 or the 4 of us went with the Take 2. Paninis were a hit but chicken salad sandwich was flavorless with dry bread. Overall definitely a place I will be back, but a few things keeping this from a 4 star recommendation.

I want to try the grain bowl, soup and sandwiches.
I'm disappointed with my visit today. The food was good, but the service from the staff was not. I asked for my salad to be tossed in the dressing. I went to the restroom while she finished making my salad and my husband brought the food to our table. When I came back the salad was not tossed and all the toppings were not evenly distributed. This frustrated me because it is hard to mix the salad in the section of the pick 2 bowl. As I mixed it myself I realized there was only 4 really big pieces of greens in my bowl to begin with. The greens to toping ratio was way off. I practically had a toping salad. In addition to her not meeting my request, this girls appearance was not appropriate for working in a restaurant. She did not have her hair back properly. It was hanging down and in her face. She would push it back while making the food which is gross. Her pants were also inappropriate for work. They were ripped all the way up her thighs. Cute for the club, but not for working in resturants. The rest of the staff seemed over all plesant and helpful. However, I noticed they would be on their phones in between customers and while customers were looking at the menu. This is unsanitary and unprofessional.
