I had a few minutes until the place I opened. I was in the Dunkin' lot and said for a few minutes and the same price, I can get fresh. Fresh and so fast it was a big decision to go to Rodd. I had a party before me in 10 minutes! View all feedback.
What A W doesn't like about Rodd's:
You seat yourself, it's a small place so seating is close. The service was ok for it not being busy. The food was made quickly but was bland. The tables were still dirty while seated and cleaned better as we sat there. The parking was good. View all feedback.
A Bristol classic! The pancakes are excellent, and I highly recommend the Mess omelette. The staff is incredibly friendly, and it tends to get quite busy during peak weekend hours. They open early—at 6:00 AM—so it's the perfect spot for early risers.
I had a fantastic holiday meal to-go from Rodd's. I placed my order five days in advance, and they had everything ready and on time. They even included a dessert at no additional charge. This is definitely the best place to go!
This charming local gem offers consistently delicious food, complemented by an exceptionally friendly staff!
We stopped here on a whim. The food wasn't great and the place could use an upgrade. The service was great.
Rodd's in Bristol was almost perfect. Place was very busy but we're able to be seated right away. Service is very friendly. Lots of breakfast items/combos to choose from. All are priced really well. Scrbled eggs, iver easy eggs, bacon and sausage were cooked perfectly. However the pancakes and French toast both had a bit of an off taste to them... something like old oil. Just wasn't right. Aside from that Rodd's looks to be a popular choice for breakfast and lunch.
