Rich Farm Ice Cream - Bristol

I ordered two ice creams for delivery, got a small (which is two scoops) and received about a scoop and a half, if that. Never mind that delivery is $9! Very disappointed as their ice cream is delicious and they have dairy free flavors, but I can’t justify the amount they charge when apparently they can’t give a full scoop. This is the only time I had an issue like this and I would’ve appreciated a call if they were low on this flavor. I would’ve happily changed my order.

Really real ice cream here! Friendly service. Whipped cream topping is also the real deal. Rum Raisin ice cream was excellent as well as the Coconut ice cream. Not amazing, this is fantastic flavors on each but good basic ice cream. Great atmosphere outside. Would easily recommend stopping by to try.

This place is okay. There is a lot of variety available. Only having two flavors for the soft serve was disappointing. I thought I could go inside, but unfortunately I could not, which was also disappointing. I paid $17 for a small kiddie size that included a small cup and a small ice cream waffle cone. It was too expensive.

This is a very good place to get ice cream. My favorite is coconut, and because I am not in the area often, I always get the same ice cream.

The ice cream is tasty, but the long wait times, even when it's not busy, make it not worth it. Additionally, the lack of respect for customers is disappointing. There are many other restaurants that genuinely value their customers, not just in their online promotions.
