Atmosphere is your typical dive bar. Prices are good. What keeps me coming back is the food. It's always above the standard

Phinney's is a great bar nice crowd and good menu I just think a bar like that and the kitchen should be connected and the cook shouldn't be a separate issue from the bar.... you should still have to order thru the cook because sometimes the bartender is busy too be taken orders
