the business is always short staff. the man is overworked and underrated. the owner bill micromanages all his shops do not allow his manager to do their own hire and/or promotion while he only assists in the situation to work 2 hours or call regularly. store could be so much better if bill allowed its managers to actually manage the stores they run View all feedback.
First time ordering on the go at this location and they messed up on my order, I ordered a LG caramel craze latte iced and instead I got the cake batter. It was gross and disappointing going to work and not having the drink I ordered.
Clean friendly employees and got my order right unlike others in town.
