Cook Out - Bristol

Food was good. The place is dirty. Cluttered. Tables need wiped. Even from counter u order from u can't touch because of food and liquids spilled. Took a couple of pics without being too obvious. They are not too busy to use that as an excuse to notmaintain dining room. All trash cans are overflowing!

Absolute worse group I?ve seen in a long time at any fast food chain? handed me a container with hot grease melting the bottom out all over my vehicle, order wrong 75% of the time and if ya get a wrap, we?ll it?s just gonna be chicken strips that?s old asdirt and a tortilla! Whoever runs this cookout should be embarrassed.

It's like a cookout, without the work. Great burgers, love the chili on the hotdogs. The THICKEST shakes you can find....be prepared to use a spoon with the Oreo shake or wait a good bit of time for some melting.....they are awesome. My only complaintis that fries are never crispy enough, always just too limp or sometimes even cold and soggy. Otherwise, one of my fav places tograb a fast bite, for a very affordable price.

Sadly prices have gone up due to inflation, but the food is still pretty big portions for the prices, while not lacking in taste. Overall, service is quick, and cashiers kind. Never had a bad experience and I'm sure they'll keep it that way.

My son and me had many enjoyable meals here before the pandemic hit. It was fun to chose which milkshake to order and the staff was always nice and friendly. It was also clean and had a good atmosphere.
