Chili's Grill - Bristol

The food was delicious. had to wait 25 min for dinner time. It was worth waiting! I ate here again today. The ebony Queen with the locs rocks!! She was bartender and server! Do it! I'll be regular soon.

Mixed review here. I love chili's. I typically don't complain about their food .. this isn't about the food but instead the service. We called up and said hey we have a group of 20 people who would like to come can you seat us? They absolutely told usno because they only have 2 people serving. So that means if you can't handle a wave of 20 people you need to close therestaurant down ... if 4 families of 3-4 people come that's 12-16 people ... if you cannot handle that you gotta rethink howit's being operated. Typically what this means is a nice big tip for the waitresses. If it was me I would have said oh yess weare empty come on down and I would hustle my butt off and expect a tip from the customers as people are usually more generous inlarge groups .. not this spot man. Disappointed.

This place needs some serious help. You get seated very quickly but your server doesn't show up after 20 mins of sitting there. Plus it wasn't even busy the day I went. Then it took 15 mins just to get our drinks cause for some reason the bartender thatnight had no idea how to make drinks. I had 2 margaritas and they were weak as hell. If you go to a real Mexican restaurantthier margaritas are strong like they should be. So after getting the drinks we ordered. Didn't get food for another 30 mins.I'm like dam can they move any slower. SMH .. steak was good the broccoli had no topping or flavor just plain nasty. So if ulike ur time being wasted this is the place for u if not DO NOT come here.

The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and I didn't have to wait long to be seated.

I had the worst experience at this restaurant. The burgers were lukewarm, they were out of lemonade, and they weren't able to make me a Shirley Temple as a substitute. I also didn’t receive my salad and beans, and despite calling four times, no one answered. I won't be returning for a while and unfortunately, they've lost a good customer for now. I used to spend over $70 on food here twice a month.
