Visited a March Madness Sunday(3/27). Half of the restaurant was blocked due to lack of personnel. We said there was only one person working in the kitchen, a server and a bartender. Wait 45 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately we couldn't get the FREE nachos from the BWW app because they were OUT. I had the boneless mild wings w/ fries . 3️⃣ the boneless wings were really hard and chew. Like the frying fat had to be changed or something
