Blackbird Bakery - Bristol

This is a really cool bakery! It is multi-level, decorated, and has some couches to cool and enjoy your time. The display is great! Delicious looking deserts everywhere. And they sell Homestead Creamery ice cream! I ordered a blueberry cheesecake bar that was very good. Not too sweet. The killer was the cookies and cream cheesecakes! Decisive. Brownie crust and top with whipped cream and goose. Have the Mini 4 (they do not serve any slices of cheesecake, so this is instead) and it was great for 2 people to share. Very friendly staff. All in all, I would critique that the prices are not available online, so I had to call and ask. No big deal. The Decaf coffee was also cold too late at night, but the gentleman warmed it for me and it tasted good again, not a big thing. Problem solved.

Donuts and coffee are great. The red velvet dream cake is amazing. 4 stars because customer service could be better. The same lady gave me terrible service felt very hurried and they have a great choice, and a guy did not speak except to ask me to repeat my coffee order.

A very good reason to travel to Bristol is the fresh donuts and cakes served at Blackbird Bakery. The atmosphere inside is very welcoming. The staff was very helpful and nice. One of the few places where you can get some food, sit next to the fire and relax. Very recommended!

I wasn't sure what to get and a recommendation for what was popular. The guy led me to this pink almond flour cupcake. Wow! It was amazing. The donuts were also super fresh and soft.

Sweet treats and HOT coffee! These doughnuts are delicious! This location is drive thru only but they have a great selection and as you drive around the building,bayou can see their nice display through the window.
