Everything was of outstanding quality a... read more Between us, we sampled the jal lamb, chicken pasanda, onion bhaji, keema naan, poppadoms, boiled rice, and meat samosas. Everything was of outstanding quality and delicious. The portions were generous, all served piping hot with obviously fresh ingredients. The lamb and chicken were so tender they melted in our mouths. The jal was spicy enough to make my eyes water, which was just the right kick for me, though I would describe it as medium heat; those who enjoy hotter curries might find it a bit mild. The pasanda was creamy and flavorful, reminiscent of a korma, featuring juicy, tender pieces of chicken. The samosas, poppadoms, and bhajis were also perfect—hot and fresh, just like the rest of our meal. Neither of us could finish our food; it was quite filling, and I find myself salivating just thinking about it again. We don’t often indulge in meals like this due to their expense, but even though our total came to around £30, I can honestly say it was worth every penny. Our next special occasion might be a year away, but it will surely be worth the wait.

I can't believe I lived so close to this place without trying it or ordering from them before. The curries were smooth and expertly spiced. The exotic korma was very mild, while the lamb tikka madras had a delightful warmth that was well-balanced with its flavors. The mint sauce, as mentioned by other reviewers, was excellent and paired perfectly with the salad. The onion bhajis were wonderfully crispy and flavorful, especially when dipped in the mint sauce. The naan bread was fluffy and fresh. Overall, the service was fantastic; our food arrived hot and on time for our preorder. The website was easy to navigate, making it nice to order directly without using a third-party site. We won't hesitate to order again because we were truly impressed!
