Decided to catch bus 316 from Ascona to Brissago to see what I would see. Passing all the houses built into the cliffs of the lakeside at a million an apartment I arrive in Brissago Surprise surprise not much was open so having bought a cigar from the cigar factory I found a restaurant with the view of the lake At first I was the only guest and asked what I could have? We were staying at the Hotel Rivabella which was about 100 yards from the Osteria Colibri. We ate there almost every day and found the food to be great and by Swiss standards, cheap. View all feedback.
