Zarraffa's Coffee Cleveland - Brisbane

I'm sorry to say that this tsarraffa must be one of the worst I've ever been. service was great, but there were big ice cubes in my coffee fusion and the huh, cheese and avocado caburra didn’t taste so good and was really hard when I bite in them and compared to other zarraffa’s I looked too much smaller.

Sat this morning with my partner and breakfast. we reaped halfway through our meal and my son needed some water, which I went to theke to ask if she can please get me some water or even fill my sons with water. I was then told that she didn't do this and then she turned to confirm with a lady who looked like she was the manager. not impressed and was made to go over the road to get a bottle of water from the service station. they ask me.

My server was lily, beautiful and friendly. I was told to try the white hot chocolate and it was not disappointed. I thought I'd also try the peanut butter brownie. just something wrong with it that it should have been twice as big, it was soouo good. gooey, chewing gum and lip smacking full taste. we're coming back.

Waited at the speaker box for minutes with no answer.Decided the wise thing to do was drive to the first window, of which nobody was there.Then to the second window of which girls were chatting away I was rudely asked can I help you Of which I explained how I was waiting at the speaker box for minutes... not once did I get an apology, just a oh it must be broken it usually buzzes in my ear Anyway... got my coffee and custard tart.Shame the custard tart was stale and shrunken (clearly left in the air for too long).Please focus on keeping a premium service, because your **** rich prices aren't worth it for the low level mcdonalds service.
