Located in the city, this chain store is a reliable source of tasty Italian food. When you enter their store you’re given a menu and a card. Once you know what you want, you’ll head to the station that serves that food or drink (e.g. pasta risotto or the bar). They’ll punch your order in and you tap your card. Some of the stations will hand you a buzzer like the pizza station to come back when it’s ready or others like the pasta where you can wait as they make it to order. You make payment once you’ve finished your meal back at the registers. <br/ <br/ Service was good in some parts and slow in others. Wasn’t quickly given my card or shown a menu. Also waiting at the pasta risotto station took a while as no proper queue and other people that lined up after me got served first as they found a chef that wasn’t as busy. On the other hand the antipasti station and bar were much quicker. Overall friendly but mixed bag of service. <br/ <br/ The food and drink were worth the wait though. I had the Prosciutto Bruschetta which had a creamy mozzarella topped with prosciutto on ciabatta bread. Very tasty dish. I also had the Funghi Risotto With Chicken. A lovely risotto which was flavoursome with mushrooms, caramelised onions, added chicken, and parmesan. I had the House Made Lemonade and it was very refreshing.

Nicely Italian food and classic environment. Good price and quality of food. Quick service and friends staff. I’m having lunch with Hawaiian pizza and extra Red onion, perfect. Thanks

Good place for a nice Italian meal in the city. Although you have to go up and order it’s really fast and the food is always nice.

Located at the end of a small laneway, this branch of Vapiano can be hard to find for a first-timers. I came here late on Sunday evening, the place was empty, but cozy.<br/ <br/ Ordered the Tim Tam Smash Cheesecake, Nutella Cheesecake, and the Tiramisu. All three desserts are plated in short/wide glass instead of a plate, which display the layer of the cakes for beautiful presentation. All of them were delicious and not overwhelmingly sweet.<br/ <br/ Will definitely come back here to enjoy the main meal in the future.
